Shipping Policy

For International Deliveries: 

• All international orders are shipped via Australia Post at a flat rate of $40 AUD.
• We are not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Additional shipping fees apply to re-send returned parcels.
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We are not liable for missing international parcels, but will assist in investigations with the carrier.
• Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs regulations.

For Australian Deliveries:

• Amaraa Collection ships all domestic orders using Australia Post or equivalent carriers.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days once payment has been confirmed.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
• Once your order is dispatched, liability transfers to the customer.
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect will require additional shipping fees to re-send.

Exceptions:

Our return policy is strict in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. If, however, you believe there has been an error or quality issue with your purchase, please reach out to us immediately at info@amaraacollection.com.au and we will do our best to address your concerns.
