Thank you for shopping with Amaraa Collection. We appreciate your business and aim for your complete satisfaction. In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please find our return policy outlined below:
1. Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items
- Change of mind returns are not accepted on sale items.
- Faulty/damaged items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Once assessed and approved, we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- If you wish to exchange your item (e.g., a different size/style), you must contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Items do not come with warranties unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Colours may vary between screens, lighting, and fabrics. We do our best to display products accurately, but variations may occur.
2. Initiating a Return for store credit or Exchange
- Before sending back your item, you must email us at info@amaraacollection.com.au with the subject line "Return Request" or "Exchange Request" followed by your order number.
- In the body of your email, please provide a brief reason for the exchange, the item(s) you wish to return, and, if applicable, the desired item(s) for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days to provide approval or further instructions.
